linkdsl was looking for more brand exposure on twitter and wanted to increase followers engagement with the brand. In return, they were ready to give away a powered bank as an incentive offered to their twitter followers.
Our idea lunched on the first day of Ramadan where we asked fans to share their #برتقاني (Orange color) photos during the month.
Every week we announce the best 7 Orange photos taken with hashtag #برتقاني , and they were awarded the prize.
Fans where fascinated with the prize.
We used different posting ideas on twitter & instagram to motivate user’s participation. 28 winners were announced during Ramadan.
Noticing the high engagement rate and acceptance from followers to participate, we though of extending the contest for extra 9 days after Ramadan with a bigger prize.
