Flipping ECU’s direction and tone of voice was a big challenge especially for changing the communication to the existing university students that’s targeted to increase the word of mouth positively. We had to deliver the educational tips in a simple yet attractive way to get their attention and make sure they engage with us using the game and here we used the news jacking approach since PUBG had a huge digital buzz recently.
After releasing the new direction that fits @ECU’s audience, the content had to fit the direction as well and here we have to make sure to take advantage of every possible chance. This time chance was PUBG game digital buzz, we made it beneficial for our brand and used the same slang to educate our targeted audience how to deal with their final exams in a creative unforgettable way and always let it be relatable for every filed and educational year.
