Account Manager

We are looking for a person who can handle and build long-term relationships with clients and
generally manage their digital assets for the length of their relationship with the company. They
will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the client’s digital strategies to improve
their presence and achieve their digital marketing goals. In addition, they are responsible for
building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients.

Job Description:

  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
  • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
  • Present and train on social media strategies to clients
  • Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
  • Prepare and present reports on their progress
  • Keep up to date with new trends in digital technology

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration /Mass Communication or any relevant
  • 2-4 years of Account Management Experience
